Can you go into a bit more detail about what you're looking for? Since you already appear to have a 720/Q49 on the Official GMAT, if you're interested in continuing to study (with the Goal of scoring higher), then you should really go into more detail about your application plans and 'big picture' Goals. You have an outstanding GMAT Score 'locked up' right now - and there would almost certainly be better ways to strengthen your Overall application than trying to raise your GMAT Score a few points.
1) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
2) What Schools are you planning to apply to?

Regarding mocks, I would strongly advise you to first purchase official ones, since they are the best possible thing on market and most realistic.
None of the third party companies that you mention above can match GMAC standards.
They only come into play, when you have exhausted all official materials and want more, for some reason.
Speaking of that, after GMATprep and additional paid ones 3-6 exams, next best thing are Manhattan and GMAT Club tests.
If you need to spend more $$$, invest there.
Kaplan is also praised to be similar to GMAT standards, when we speak about their mocks.
Kaplan books are rather easy, more for starters.
I don't find Veritas to resemble GMAT standards in terms of practice questions/mocks.
That is particularly true for their CR questions.
If you need to cover more basics/fundamentals in theory, then Manhattan books and GMAT Club sources are best way to go.
Finally, if you decide to take online course I would pick Manhattan, but you may check here reviews and decide for yourself what works best for you.

All prep companies do offer trial periods so you can test the waters.
I vote for Manhattan, before Veritas.
