Hi team,

Pearson is unable to deliver test because of cyclone forming up in areas near our state
Is there a way I could get refund for my exam ?
Has anybody else face similar kind of a issue
The test centre isn’t picking up my calls too 😣

Hi CHANDRASEKAR,

You may not get the full refund, but Pearson will cut some percentage of money if you cancel the exam. It is better you reschedule the exam. Book the exam date that suits your area climatic conditions.

I would expect them to issue a full refund if you do not want to reschedule.

Maybe I'm revealing how American I am when I say this, but if I (a) didn't want to take the GMAT and (b) Pearson refused to give me a full refund, I would issue a chargeback on my credit card for services not rendered.
