Hello,
To answer your questions:
1. It’s better to have someone who’s known and observed your work longer, if possible. Is there anyone who has seen your work from a higher level, across these various projects?
2. Many recommendation forms ask the recommender to rate or evaluate you relative to your peers, so if they follow instructions they will do that. Beyond that, praise is good, but specific details of impact are better, so you might ask your recommenders if they would like some bullet points from you about possible things to discuss, and then include some of your key accomplishments.
3. It’s the details, mentioned in above point, that will distinguish you.
4. In your essays, look for opportunities to bring in examples and anecdotes that illustrate your high performance.
5. HBS and Stanford are super high reaches, I believe. Wharton would be a [urlhttps://info.

6. If your recommenders mention it, it will be great. Otherwise, coming from you alone, I don’t think it would have much if any positive impact.
