There are plenty of online MBA math courses you can take to demonstrate aptitude or you could take quant related coursework at a local college or university near you to do the same. I don't think INSEAD is out of reach but it depends on a variety of factors including who else is applying when you do.

You seem like a well-decorated leader at work with interesting experience, so perhaps last year there were too many applicants in the pool with slightly better profiles. Focus on what you have done in the past year to improve your standing as you reapply (or apply for the first time elsewhere). You are wise to consider going to school in the area where you will be working post MBA, so stay the course. Improving your GMAT will help even though it's only a slight improvement. You might consider taking a quantitative course or two to demonstrate aptitude especially given the fact they pointed out your GMAT as a reason for rejection last year. We have some good experts on staff with specialization in the schools you are targeting, so it might be wise to seek counsel from them or someone else who can advise you.

Thanks Bryant !!

My list includes the following bschools .. Pl if you could provide your feedback on the choices :

1. Oxford R2
2. Cambridge R2
3. NUS R1
4. Nanyang R1
5. Rotman R1
6. HEC/IESE/Esade – still not sure about these !

Should I include or exclude any ??

Awaiting your take on this ..

all good programs--why not just apply to all and see where you feel you fit best.
