Education : B.E. Mechanical (3.36/4.00 CGPA) from NUST on partial scholarship (Ranked 1st in Pakistan in Engineering)
M.S Mechanical (3.75/4.00 CGPA) from KFUPM on full scholarship (Ranked 1st in Middle East)
Work Experience : Post B.E - Dutch MNC (in Pak) - Project Engineer for 10 months (discontinued to pursue MS)
Post M.S - Saudi Chemical Company (Not MNC/fairly unknown)- Plant Engineer for 3 years - no promotions
Test Scores : GMAT 750, TOEFL iBT 115
Other achievements : Attended international conferences in USA and China during MS program. International journal publications.
Volunteer/EC : Active in societies and office holder during B.E. None after that.
Participated in earth quake relief. No formal association with NGO.
Post MBA concentration: Management Consulting
Dream school : Sloan MIT.

Thanks for writing
First things first, with your GMAT score, academic credentials, and work experience, you definitely have a decent chance at making it to the top 5 schools!
However, a detailed review requires more information such as the kind of projects you have handled, the leadership roles you have played, and the skill-set you have garnered, in turn. It is recommended that you share a detailed Resume with us.
Further, spend quality time structuring your essays, as these will form a very crucial component of your application. Ensure that your capabilities are well spelt-out and your career goals are portrayed in a way that your short-term and long-term goals flow seamlessly. Yes the Extra-Curricular activities are not the strongest, but if you are applying in R3, there isn't much you can do about it
Of course, if you are looking to apply in R1 in the next session, we would suggest that you engage in certain social-sector activities (instead of mere volunteering, look at taking up an active leadership role) or look at developing a skill (for ex: public speaking with Toastmasters).In case you would like a detailed profile evaluation, please get in touch with us.
