It sounds like you are generally in the range in terms of GPA & GMAT so that's good news! (although for the GMAT higher is obviously always better! You want to at least hit a school's average but ideally you want to exceed it). That said, GPA & GMAT are just a small part of what determines the overall strength of your application. The adcom will want to know what kind of impact you've had in your career so far - have you driven particular results, played a leadership role, etc. That will also want to know WHY your passion is PE. What exactly do you hope to accomplish in your goals & why? And why do you need the MBA to get there? In other words, what skill gaps do you need to fill & why is xyz school the perfect place to fill those gaps?
Likewise, it's good that you have volunteer experience but again they will want to see what kind of impact you've had, what kind of leadership role you've played, etc.
So long story short, it sounds like your stats are generally in the right range but a lot of other factors will be the keys to determining the strength of your application & your shot at these schools!
