My profile goes as following:
Grad degree- Bachelor in Technology - Computer Science Engineering
Work experience: 3.5 years
GMAT score - 690 (Q49, V35, IR-3, AWA-4)
GPA - 8.79/10 First class with distinction
Co-curricular activities- Have been taking workshops and mentoring students from college days, and continued the same in Microsoft as part of Microsoft's college programs.
Industry work experience: Technology. Working as software engineer at Microsoft
Target countries for MBA - US, Canada, Europe, Singapore
My target post MBA is to get into Tech Management (Program Manager kind of role) or Tech consulting as I have a good knowledge around technologies and would love to learn the business aspect of the organisations.
Also, I want to apply into colleges where the ROI is good and international applicants are able to get jobs.
I would like to get some insights into good colleges for the kind of roles I am looking into and the employment factor I am aiming at.
Any help will be appreciated.

Your targeted role is one the most aspired for post-MBA roles so most B Schools will be able to get you into such a role.
Plus there is hardly any major geography that you aren't targeting, you will find good B Schools in each of these locations- from over a 50 in the US to around 5 in Singapore. We are talking close to a hundred schools based on the brad geographies.
Along with your career goals, you may want to shortlist schools based on the strength of your own profile as well. To know the building blocks of a profile you can read here.
A good way might be to start with a larger list of B Schools from say the Financial Times Ranking and understand where you would most likely fit and thrive.

- While the MS brand is good, it will be important to understand the nature of your experience and achievements therein. Remember, being from a large pool of applicants means doing a lot more in trying to distinguish yourself so think clearly and deeply on this front.
- The ECs arc looks good and the continuity is very useful. It is always good to think about how you'll quantify impact on this front too.
- For reasons mentioned here, we don't speculate on school selection. The post here mentions some of the best tech programs.
