IntegerOverflow, a few thoughts on your profile evaluation and some queries:
  1. The academic arc look alright - will be good to understand the actual GPA (if that's a converted one). T50 may not be the best - has your school been a feeder to top MBA programs? In that context, the 330 is decent, not stellar. Some room there, especially on the quant side.
  2. The professional profile sounds encouraging. It will be good to know finer details though. Strategy in startups for instance doesn't entail leading a team like you have been. And general management usually means leading a business unit. One is different than another. This will also be critical to assess your post-MBA plan and it's feasibility. The other aspect to understand is once again, whether your employers have been feeders (not recruiters) to top international MBA programs - always helps though may not always be the case in startups.
  3. The ECs sound promising - assuming the social venture is a side hustle. The college level ECs will be good to understand too - remember, depth would typically have a lot more mileage than breadth.
  4. For reasons mentioned here, we don't speculate on school selection or chances. That being said, the age should not be an issue. It's after 30 that things can get tougher. You'll be well within the median 80% range.

Overall, with the right pitch and carefully crafted strategy+execution, things should be pretty good for you. Do feel free to reach out for further discussion.

You have an excellent profile. Your academic score, GRE, and work experience everything are all lined up and really great. I would suggest you work hard on your B-School applications. Highlight your work and academic achievement and certifications you have. Having international exposure will certainly be an advantage. And the entrepreneurship experience adds more weightage to your profile.

However, the above-shortlisted schools seem to be good (clearly shows the quality of research on these schools). Similarly, you could legitimately decide to open the essay with the reason why a particular MBA program is best for you to highlight enthusiasm for that school. Whichever structure you choose, each section of your essay must be tightly integrated with others. Your past, present, and future must be shown to logically support each other.
