Eliminate Option A 'Addison's linking of', the construction is flawed.
Eliminate Option B, same as A
Eliminate Option C, there is no need of using the word 'having' here.
Eliminate Option D, 'times when' is unrequired.
Option E is the perfect choice without any errors.
