One should have respect and cherish one's natural surroundings.
(B) is correct

A. and cherish one's
Respect is used as noun so "for" is needed

B. for and cherish one's
Correct

C. for and cherish his
Pronoun ambiguity why not her in place of his, Recently many good publications have started using "their" as singular pronoun to avoid such ambiguity while maintaining equality.

D. for and should also cherish one's
Should is redundant

E. for and cherish their
See "C" GMAC has not approved such use as of now

Looking into this structure this is a list of 2 sentence, with conjunction 'and' acting as the connector. The original sentence has to break as

One should have
    respect and
    cherish one's natural surroundings.

one's here indicate that something
belongs or relates to people in general, or
belongs or relates to themselves in particular.

Ask question cherish what? We know one's natural surroundings
But what about respect what? We don't know. Then, this should be

One should have
    respect one's natural surroundings and
    cherish one's natural surroundings.

This breaks the grammar of the sentence because of the usage of 'should have'.
So 'have respect for' is required to make the sentence parallel.
One should
have respect for one's natural surroundings and
    cherish one's natural surroundings.

Since 'have respect for' and 'cherish' are parallel, we can move "one's natural surroundings" to the end and apply to both.

One should
    have respect for and
    cherish
    one's natural surroundings.

A. and cherish one's
Not parallel, as per the explanation above.

B. for and cherish one's
Correct, as it makes the list items parallel.

C. for and cherish his
his = limits the scope to masculine gender and breaks the meaning of original sentence.

D. for and should also cherish one's
Redundancy with also makes the sentence wordy.

E. for and cherish their
their usage is colloquial and not grammatically correct.

Hence the correct answer choice is B

B. for and cherish one's -> parallel and better. Let's keep it.
C. for and cherish his -> Parallelism error. Incorrect.
D. for and should also cherish one's -> why do we use "also". Incorrect.
E. for and cherish their -> their doesn't have precedent to refer. Incorrect.

So, I think B. :)

One should have respect and cherish one's natural surroundings.

A. and cherish one's
B. for and cherish one's
C. for and cherish his
D. for and should also cherish one's
E. for and cherish their

Ok first thing is when we have "one" we cannot use "his"/ "their" / "her" etc. We have to use "one's"

So on that basis eliminate C and E

D. for and should also cherish one's : This one is unnecessarily lengthy as there is no need to repeat "should also": Eliminate D

Between A and B, B is better as "One should have respect " is not a separate item or clause ; it is actually "One should have respect for one's natural surroundings." B conveys it correctly. So IMO B is correct

A. and cherish one's
B. for and cherish one's
