Photography is no longer an art form. Nowadays everyone has access to digital cameras that only need to be pointed at the subject in order to generate a perfect image.
The writer of the argument apparently assumes that
A. the selection of the subject is not an important artistic factor in photography
B. digital cameras will continue to improve in quality
C. digital cameras can never go wrong
D. photography with all other types of camera is an art form

The author assumes that just generating a perfect image of the subject is an art form. He assumes that there are not other variables that determine whether taking a picture is a an art form or not. In this sense, the selection of the subject is one of those variables.
E cannot be the answer because, actually, is opposite to the argument. The author believes that art is related to perfection.

Conclusion (pretty straight forward) = Photography is no longer an art form.
Premises = 1) Easy access to digital cameras, 2) Digital cameras only need to be pointed at the subject in order to generate a perfect image.
A) If selection of the subject is not important, then we don't care whatever the perfect looking picture is about and thus, every photograph can be an artistic image. This connects the premises and conclusion. Keep this answer aside.
B) Improvement in digital cameras does not have to do anything with the artistic flavor of the photography. This answer choice is out of scope. Eliminate!
C) "never go wrong" is very strong language and does not rhyme with the argument. Eliminate!
D) "All other types of camera" is again very strong language. Eliminate!
E) Art is not perfect? We don't care (in the scope of the argument). Thus, Eliminate this answer.
We are left with one good choice: A.
