The difference between the rankings and the scholarships offered is nothing in the long run. Your goal is to get in front of as many recruiters as possible. The competition is brutal.

If your heart is set on working in the Boston/NYC area, then you will need BC's location advantage, as on-campus recruiting is your best shot. If you decide to attend OSU, it won't be impossible to work in the NE, but I imagine you would have more interaction and potential success with Chicago firms.

I second this comment.

Boston is going to be a better location than ohio for your goals.

This should be your primary reason for choosing Boston
