Not sure which school I should go to. My post MBA goal is marketing in CPG/retail, but I don’t mind working in big tech companies doing product management. I heard that big CPG companies won't sponsor a visa for international students (I'm Canadian) while tech companies are more flexible.
I love LA as a city and Anderson is making me a Forte Fellow along with $100K fellowship while Stern is not offering me any scholarship. However, Stern is pretty good with its marketing courses and great exposure into CPG/retail.
I also plan on working in China in the longer term, so need to consider the reputation of these two schools in Asia. I think Stern has a higher reputation than Anderson?

By the way, UCLA stands for university of Asians - there is a whole list since the school is dominated by Asian applicants (undergrad). https://talk.collegeconfidential.com/un ... d-for.html
I think money is very attractive in this case. I would be tempted esp. since you are not going after IB or NYC lifestyle.
However the experience will be quite different. Anderson and CA will be much more relaxed and at the same time much warmer
All things being equal, city-wise, I’d probably be more comfortable in LA than NYC but then I spent 7 years in LA.
As a Canadian, you will be comfortable in either place.

No question that you should take the money here - they are peer schools and NYU is doubly expensive.
