Hi there,
I am an international student (with 5+ years of work experience in Education), with a post-MBA interest in consulting.
I have been admitted to some schools but the final decision is between Kelley and Jones. Unfortunately, I have not visited any campuses, so I can't tell the campus experience.
I know the dream for most people going into consulting is MBB yet, I am open to other firms (especially ones hiring international citizens). Any suggestions on how to choose the right school?

Congrats on your admits!
The good thing is that once you past the Top 15 or Top 20, the differences in program performance and placements and career services at schools tend to be a lot less drastic. Both of these programs have respectable numbers for the consulting recruiting. Kelley of course having twice the size of the program, would be a bigger and stronger option in my view though Jones has regional strength in Texas and Houson/Energy in particular.
MBB is likely going to be tough out of both. I would check the 2019 reports to see if any MBB hiring happend but to give you an idea, last year only about 179 people had their H1B applications filed by MBB's - that's across all MBB's, all schools, and all of 2020 fiscal year (ended on Sept 30, 2020). So MBB for international applicants are slim chances and if you are one of the lucky ones, it is a huge deal... but also means you should not count on it as plan "A" since you may as well make winning a scratch ticket your plan "A"
While Kelley is in the middle of nowhere, it is nice to have a larger program - more resources, more alums, and hopefully more on campus recruiting. We have had a ton of Kelley students submit reviews in Jan/Feb 2020 - take a look at these: https://gmatclub.com/reviews/business_school/kelley-17 (I would also reach out to some of these folks to see if they can comment) . Perhaps adtalia has a comment?
