Hi everyone , I would really appreciate if anybody could advise me on this : in July I resigned from my job to establish my own business and to devote more time for volunteering in my target industry as my post mba target industry is consultant. Im confused about what to write on Cambridge job essays which explicitly mention that we have to write our roles and responsibilities at current company. Do i write about my previous job role from which I resigned and give a brief description of what I’m doing now or do i write only about my previous job description? I’d be really grateful for any kind of advise regarding this.

There’s a bigger question for you to consider. You started your own business in July / Aug and are applying for MBA in Sep/Oct. Your story (motivation for an MBA education) is unlikely to stack up well.
