Hi,
The question has a prompt : What citizenship or visa status do you expect to have when the program begins?
So I think the answer to your question should be F1 (Student visa) if you do not hold any other visa types.

I had my school mail them. That is what they ask for, hard copies. Other schools ask for hard or official digital copies. USC asks for digital or hard copy to be sent by your school after you submit. It may be them verifying your grades right away so it is not something they worry about later as they could have had people submitting fake grades to get accepted.

I got invited to interview for FTMBA 2016. I had few questions regarding interview:
1) Can I schedule an in-person interview while the team is in India (I can see seminar schedules for India on 5th and 13th December.)? I have dropped a mail to adcom regarding this.
2) Can you Share your Interview experience?
3) Are the interviews Blind or Non Blind?
