I am applying in R1 deadline. I registered two recommenders for my account. I have been trying to send them the reco invite and reminders, but they have not received anything from Kellogg. I tried to set up a dummy account to see if there was a problem on their end, but seems like I didn't receive any recommendation invites on my test accounts either.
Is it possible that there is a problem with the underlying application management platform HBS is using? I have tried to call your office but no one is answering the phone. Please advise on the next course of action ASAP.

You may want to ask your recommenders to check their spam folders. The recommendation invite emails are sent through a system that might appear as spam to some email services.
If that doesn't help, try reaching out to the schools and see if there is any other way they can send the invitation to your recommenders.
Same happened with me. Mail the admissions team explaining tour problem, and they will send a manual link. I think it's the firewall at some company's internet connection.

I dont know if it's applicable for Insead or not, but here's what I did for Kellogg though. I emailed the admissions team stating the issue that I was facing, and they got back to me the following day, sending my recommended a manual link.
