Someone, please comment on the chances of an IT female with a GRE score of 308-159Q149V and 4 years of work experience. Is it worth giving a shot at ISB?

308 is too low for ISB.
Last year the range of GRE scores was 311-335 with the average at 325.
As you see 308 is lower than the lowest score last year. Usually a lower score works for people who may have diverse profiles.
With an IT background, I would recommend a retake with a target of above average (325+)
