That's not a significant duration, but hopefully you will have documents to prove the gap in joining. Important is to align the reason for changing job when you were planning for MBA.

Whenever there is a gap detected in the system most MBA applications will ask you for the reason. If you can explain to them the reason there should not be any issue. Moreover, one month joining delay will not affect anything in your application IMO, but make sure to explain it properly.
That is technically a gap but likely not one you need to justify. Many people take several weeks off between jobs. It'd be an entirely different story if it had been several months or years.
I would not worry about this and would certainly not dedicate any space in your essays (optional or required) to explaining this time period. If asked, you can always explain that you took some time to reset for the new opportunity.

Don't worry. It's normal to have a short gap between 2 jobs. Even if you have a one-year gap, you have a reasonble reason why you didnt work during that time, it's still fine. your story/reason does matter.
