Hi, I’m trying to check my visa status on the CEAC website, but my surname has only 4 letters while the last name field seems to require 5. My search isn’t returning any data. Has anyone else faced this issue, or could it simply be that my status hasn’t been updated yet?

A few things to check:
1. Make sure you selected the correct visa type
2. ⁠use the DS-160 confirmation number starting with “AA...”.
3. ⁠Select the post/location where your interview or dropbox processing is being handled
4. ⁠Try the exact 4 letters first, then try the “NA” workaround only if it applies or if the site keeps rejecting the search.

See if option 4 works at the end.

Any idea if they will release more slots for june or all june slots done?
