What do you folks think about applicants who haven't received interview invites or rejected, is there a good chance of those like me being waitlisted or does Yale SOM still send out rejections on the last day, 12/04 ?

I think half of us will be waitlisted and half will be denied.

I saw on ClearAdmit that Yale "released decisions to half of their applicant pool on October 29th", so assuming that 25% of the pool received an invite, there's probably 25% of us left.

That's my very vague assumption though, curious what others think.

I think we will all be waitlisted. They are going to want to see what’s on round 2 since they are not bold enough to take chances and just decline everyone who they didn’t invite to interview. At that point then they will look back and invite some of us to interview along with those who apply in round 2. What do others think about this topic?

If you hadn't been invited to an interview by Nov 26th then it's a rejection. Vast majority of waitlisted candidates were interviewed.

FWIW only 5% of all candidates are WL. If 35% are interview and 20% accepted, only those interviewed would get WL'd.
