I dressed fairly formally, tie and suit (but then I'm in the financial industry and came straight from work), as did quite a few others, but some came in business casual. Use your judgment, and the usual rule applies (better to be slightly overdressed than slightly underdressed).

guys,
just finished my TBD yesterday... Still traveling, so can't give full details. all of us wore full formals, it was in the McKinsey office, Mumbai. it group was 2 guys, 2 chicks. TBD was awesome, all of us had great ideas, but our time was up halfway through or presentation. the 35 mins is not flexible. there was one adcom member, Rebekah. the interview was pretty friendly, how did u like it, is that your normal role, walk me thru resume, why mba, why Wharton, updates to app, etc. and any questions?
overall good experience.
