Quick question to all admitted folks,
IS there ANYTHING which an admitted candidate needs to do ASAP? Like updating the decision letter on the portal? Is there a deadline for that?

As far as my understanding goes, nothing needs to be done before the Feb deadline? 
PLEASE correct me if I am wrong!

A couple of places:
1) It should be in your admissions letter
2) In your application portal, click "View Checklist" and then check under "Financial Aid Letter" and "Fellowship Award Letter"

Does anyone have a timeline of how quickly the admit checklist gets updated? I sent over my transcript mid-December but still no change.

Same here. The admissions office was closed until last Tuesday, so I assume they have a backlog of mail to process.
