Same here. Seems like it's a 30 min walk from Rittenhouse Square where most students live. Let's all post our thoughts!

it is a bit of a hike from rittenhouse to wharton, but worth it if everyone lives around there i guess

im from philly originally so happy to answer questions about neighborhoods in the area

At welcome weekend and during my interviews they say that 90% of the class lives in Rittenhouse, so thats where I am planning on living, but will be biking to campus if i end up attending :).

In the admitted students page, there is a Wharton Housing Guide PDF. Its a good consolidated summary of the different neighborhoods along with a list of apartments
