Could not have done it without Jen

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I’m so grateful I made the decision to work with Jen on my MBA applications. As a non-traditional candidate with a background in tech sales, Jen helped me understand the value of my experience and, more importantly, gave me thoughtful guidance on how to communicate it to the schools I was applying to.

Jen worked closely with me throughout the entire process, including developing my overall professional and personal story, essay and application feedback, and interview prep. She helped me identify the common thread across my varied experiences and recognize accomplishments I had often overlooked. As someone who had struggled with imposter syndrome throughout much of my career, I came out of the application process with significantly more confidence in myself and my professional story. In the end, I achieved my goal of being accepted to one of my top-choice MBA programs in UK with a scholarship.

I honestly don’t think I could have achieved this opportunity without Jen and would absolutely recommend her, especially to applicants with non-traditional backgrounds or those struggling to understand how their experiences fit into a compelling MBA story.

Top recommendation of Jen Kredowski at mbaMission

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I came to Jen at mbaMission on a 2 school package - some of the best money I've spent.
My only regret is not engaging with her sooner - her advice and guidance never missed.
Jen is a delight to work with skilled and experienced in gently, but firmly, guiding you on the best path, bringing out the strongest features of your application. She makes you want to do better.
It is entirely down to her that I walked away with three offers (INSEAD, Oxford and Cambridge with over $100K of scholarships), where at the beginning of Jan 2026 I had one rejection (CJBS) and host of poor GMAT/GRE results.
Getting a consultant is much more than having someone proof read your essays - her insight and experience literally opened my brain to what was possible - you want an advocate like her.
She is the consultant I needed (and no doubt will be able to help you too) - able to give frank direct advice on the shape of my essays (I had ideas which were frankly not good); able to shape my plan and goals, keeping them grounded in realism, and excellent interview prep - her suggestions and work on points came up in the real thing.
I would have never thought to ask the scholarship committee at Oxford for scholarship money (after application) leveraging success at other schools - I did on her advice - and it resulted in an even bigger scholarship.
Highly recommend.

Verified GMAT Focus score:
625 Q80 V82 DI81

I did five GMAT attempts and never hit the score I was aiming for, so when I started working with Jen I had pretty much written off my chances at Oxford, Cambridge, and LBS.
Jen made it clear from the start that the GMAT is only one part of the application and she pushed me to reflect on who I am and what my strengths are. The early calls were spent figuring that out: my background, my strengths, what I genuinely connected with at each school. She was good at pulling that out of me even when I could not articulate it myself.
From there we worked through the essays and resume together, iterating a lot and ensuring that each of the applications was tailored to each school.
We had an interview prep call before each one with a full mock and a rundown of what to expect. The aim was to make sure I was representing myself in each interview and staying natural.
Ultimately, I got into all three schools with a scholarship at one, and I would never have done it without Jen's help and dedication to her clients. I can't recommend Jen enough, especially if you're targeting UK schools.

3 for 3!

I highly recommend working with Jen! I worked with Jen under an incredibly tight timeline - I got a GMAT score that put me in the range T15's two weeks until applications were due. Jen was incredibly responsive and worked with me many late nights to make sure I got the best quality applications out and on time.

I was below the class profile averages of each school for GPA / GMAT and was applying in the last and toughest round. Yet I was accepted to all three schools I applied to! I have Jen to thank for that.

I highly recommend working with Jen to anyone considering applying to business school. It is a definite needle mover.

Amazing Consultant - Got into dream school

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

I was referred to Jen through a current MBA student and could not have had a better experience. From the beginning she was incredibly informative and organized. The MBA application process can be very stressful with a ton of moving parts so having an expert to guide me throughout was invaluable. I really appreciated how quickly she gave feedback on all deliverables and could tell how invested she was in my success. She also went out of her way to connect me with a GMAT tutor and helped guide me through that process as well. I am certain I was accepted into my dream program due to her help!

Admissions Consultant Review

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

Jen played a key role in helping me land 4 acceptances (LBS, INSEAD, Kellogg with scholarship, and Cambridge Judge). She was instrumental in helping me translate my quantifiable achievements into compelling essays and clearly articulate my professional impact during interviews. She's organized, approachable, and knows how to bring out the best in an applicant based on their story.

Her positive demeanor made it very easy for me to collaborate with her, and her vast experience working with applicants across both U.S. and international programs adds valuable global perspective, enabling her to guide candidates effectively across different cultures.

I'd strongly recommend working with Jen as your admissions consultant.

I worked with Jen from MBA Mission on a three-school package very last minute for Round 2 deadlines, and she was exceptional from start to finish. She is incredibly responsive, highly organised, and consistently ahead of schedule.

Her attention to detail and, more importantly, her ability to craft a clear and compelling personal narrative is outstanding. She doesn’t just refine essays, she transforms them.

I was admitted to Oxford, Cambridge, and IESE, all with scholarships, which I genuinely believe would not have happened without her support.

MBA Mission’s platform and resources are also second to none, which made the whole process far more structured and manageable under tight timelines.

If you are considering working with Jen, I would strongly recommend her. There is a clear return on investment, whether that is gaining admission to schools that may have felt out of reach or securing meaningful scholarship funding.

A pleasure to work with and someone I cannot recommend highly enough.

I had the immense pleasure and privilege of working with Jen throughout my admission journey to the Cambridge MBA, and I could not be more grateful, satisfied, and happy with the support I received.
Coming from a non-traditional background in the arts and opera world, Jen incredibly helped me position my profile in the right way by helping me reshape my story in an authentic and compelling manner, emphasizing the most important and distinctive elements and highlighting what truly differentiated me.
Jen’s deep knowledge of the entire application process was fundamental at every stage. She provided decisive support in the development and revision of my essays and CV, ensuring that every word was intentional, impactful, and aligned with my overall narrative. Her feedback and revisions were always brilliant, precise, forward-thinking, elegant, and extremely helpful.
The interview simulations I did with her were also of fundamental importance. All the brainstorming sessions we had, with her guidance, led me to a much greater clarity and precision about my future goals, which made me even happier and more fulfilled beyond the admission itself.
Jen was available and patient at all times. She worked with me tirelessly and always with kindness and empathy, even in the most complex and demanding moments. She worked with passion, dedication, and rare professionalism, guiding me through every stage, constantly encouraging me and treating me with great sensitivity.
The support I received from MBAmission, and from Jen in particular, far exceeded my expectations. She was a solid, reliable, and invaluable presence from start to finish, at every moment. I recommend MBAmission without any hesitation. As far as I am concerned, Jen was simply extraordinary.

Genuine, Encouraging, Amazing!!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

I reached out to Jen after being referred to her from a previous client. During the free 30-minute consultation she was warm and eager to help me in any way she could. I told her upfront that I'd already looked at the pricing for a school package and likely couldn't afford it and she was completely unbothered. In fact, we went well over the 30-minute mark because she wanted to be sure we covered all the questions I had for her about the MBA application process, from narrowing down schools to how to engage with them to how to prioritize my time. She even encouraged me to send her emails with questions and she’d be happy to share thoughts, even if I didn’t purchase consulting services. Her generosity and the value of that session was enough to convince me that purchasing a school package was a worthwhile investment.

During the brainstorming process I was shocked at how quickly Jen was able to uncover themes across my life that I'd never noticed myself, which became key to my essays. Her coaching on articulating school fit and guidance on how to tie the school specifically into my career goals gave me confidence when it came time for interviews. After being accepted into multiple programs, I appreciated her perspective on navigating the decision. Every step of the way Jen gives you her honest thoughts and gives you the space to be your authentic self throughout the application process.

Jen's honesty, encouragement, and her ability to get to the core of who you are and what aspects of your story are unique and compelling makes her an incredible partner to work with. With her guidance and encouragement, I was able to have success in Round 1 I hadn't even dreamed of, where I was accepted to Harvard, Booth, and Kellogg, and Booth even offered scholarship that would cover about 75% of my tuition! I am so grateful to have worked with her!

Kind, Clarifying, Strategic!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Working with Jen was THE most impactful decisions I made during my MBA application journey. I came in feeling genuinely unsure about my chances and struggling to clearly articulate my story. I was fortunate to be admitted to my dream school (HBS) and to receive $200k+ in merit scholarships at Columbia, Yale, and two other programs—and I genuinely don’t think those outcomes would have been possible without her support. I left the process not just accepted into my top choice schools, but feeling more confident and ready to jump into my MBA.

I cannot recommend Jen highly enough to anyone who wants both honest rigor, a truly fun and genuinely kind person, who will be deeply personally invested in their journey. She'll challenge you in a gentle yet exciting way, all while helping you get the best version of yourself in front of the admissions committees.
