I reached out to mbaMission quite late in the process, post Round 1 deadlines for US MBA schools. At the time, I had short-listed my MBA schools, and knew my first choice was INSEAD vs Tuck vs LBS. I was extremely worried because I was an older candidate and had not secured a decent GMAT score at the time. Jen was incredibly generous with her time and feedback throughout the process. I didn't appreciate how nuanced the MBA application was until I started. While I do believe that you do not need a consultant to submit a successful MBA application, there were several instances where the direction of my essays and overall story drastically changed due to Jen's feedback (and I was ultimately accepted to my top choice, so I do think she provided tangible value here!). Jen was incredibly prompt with her responses and reliable. Whenever she did not know the answer, she always referred me to the right resources and followed up after researching further on her end.
