Consultants you can trust

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Scott and Personal MBA are the right choice. They know the admissions game, how to highlight your strengths as an applicant, reflect them in your essays and interview, and tell a cohesive story. But even more impressively, their strong instincts come through every time you speak with them (shoutout Andrew), which minimizes any worries and doubts you’d have applying to school on your own. Personal MBA helped me get into competitive dual MBA/MS programs at multiple M7s, and I could not be happier. I would recommended Scott and the team to any prospective student interested in pursuing an MBA or other higher graduate degree (as an engineering grad school applicant, they were also extremely helpful)

The PMC team's depth of knowledge regarding the nuances of each program was truly illuminating. Coming from an untraditional background, I initially struggled with how to frame my experience effectively for admissions committees. The prospect of applying to business school felt incredibly daunting and complex. But Scott and his team's detailed, strategic guidance broke the entire application lifecycle down into bite-sized, actionable steps, making the journey feel much more manageable. Scott’s honesty and industry expertise were invaluable assets throughout this process. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. Thanks to PMC, I gained admission to two of my top target schools.

Working with Scott and his team was the best decision I made in my MBA journey. Scott's ability to provide specific nuances and depth about each school helped me understand where I'd truly fit, while his structured process kept me on track throughout. What set them apart was the balance they struck between supportive guidance and candid feedback—they pushed me to refine my story and reach the next level while being honest about areas that needed work. I felt confident and well-prepared throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the results—I got into my dream school. I highly recommend Personal MBA Coach to anyone serious about maximizing their chances.

Incredible service and insight

I had an incredible experience working with Scott and the Personal MBA Coach team. From the very beginning, they brought clarity and structure to a process that can easily feel overwhelming. Scott’s guidance was direct, strategic, and always grounded in a deep understanding of what top programs are looking for. Thanks to his support, I was admitted to multiple M7 schools with significant scholarship awards.

One of the things I appreciated most was the team’s responsiveness. No matter how many questions I had or how quickly I needed feedback, Scott and his team always provided thoughtful, actionable guidance with an impressively fast turnaround time. Their essay coaching in particular was invaluable; they helped me refine my stories in a way that felt both authentic and compelling.

Overall, Personal MBA Coach’s greatest strength is their combination of honesty, expertise, and high-touch support. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone serious about putting together the strongest application possible.

Scott Helped Me Get My Dream School

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Scott helped me get into Chicago Booth with $100k in merit-based aid and I'm forever grateful. As an Army veteran I had initial anxiety about navigating the MBA admissions process, but he and his team helped me with each and every step from start to finish and he gave me behind-the-curtain insider information on everything and priceless support: my strategy, school selection, goals, essays, LORs, interview prep, and resume were all carefully crafted and honed and optimized. You don't have to fly blind through this process. I couldn't recommend him highly enough to anyone aspiring to make a career switch and enter a top MBA program.

After researching several different MBA prep programs, I decided to go with Scott and his team. It was certainly one of the best decisions I have ever made. Scott and his team possess a different level of industry knowledge and an ability to support their clients like no other. Their support helped me to get into my top choice as well as several other programs I applied to! I highly recommend working with Scott and his team, specifically for anyone who enjoys having a sense of structure around their application process and people to hold you accountable to deadlines/goals.

The Real Deal

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Applied to two schools with Scott's help, and as of this moment have been waitlisted at one and have been invited to interview at the other. Scott is very easy to work with and most importantly is a no nonsense communicator who does not beat around the bush, which is what you want from your consultant in comparison to a consultant that tells you what you want to hear to make a quick buck. Scott and his team helped me stay on track through my application process in addition to providing me with valuable insights for my application; they did an incredible job bringing out the best version of my story for my applications.

Scott and his team are experts at what they do. The results speak for themselves. I was accepted to three of the six M7 schools I applied to with scholarships to two. One of the best things about their services is they have all under one roof. We started with personal story construction and naturally progressed to telling my story through my essays and resume. He kept my ambitions realistic throughout the process which allowed me to identify my primary areas of focus. The interview prep was also super helpful and thorough. Highly recommend the team at Personal MBA Coach!

Accepted to my Top School

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

When I first approached Scott about a consultation, I had no knowledge of the MBA application process, wasn't confident about my undergrad transcript, and came from an untraditional background (sales) - so I wasn't sure if being accepted to a top school was possible for me. However, Scott answered every question I have, was always available, helped me build an accountability plan for the admissions process as a whole, put me in touch with an excellent GMAT tutor, assisted with perfecting my essays, and it all resulted in an acceptance to NYU Stern, my #1 school! Couldn't have done it without him and I highly recommend him!

They know what they´re doing!

I had the opportunity to work with Scott and Richard Emmanuel on both a waitlist and reapplication strategy, and I can confidently say that Personal MBA Coach truly stands out for their expertise and professionalism. From the very beginning, it was clear that they have a deep understanding of the MBA admissions landscape and a proven approach tailored to each applicant’s unique background and goals. If I had to summarize my experience in one sentence, it would be that they truly know what they are doing.

The entire team is structured, communicative, and highly efficient. What impressed me most was how well they know each individual program—down to the specific details that different schools prioritize. During brainstorming sessions, they asked the right questions to help surface meaningful insights from my experiences, and then guided me in translating those insights into compelling, authentic essays and responses that highlighted my strengths.

Working with the editors was incredibly productive. Their feedback was thoughtful, clear, and constructive, and the process allowed me to control the pace and rhythm of the work.

Overall, my experience with Personal MBA Coach exceeded expectations. Their strategic guidance, school-specific knowledge, and editorial expertise were key in elevating the quality of my applications. I’d highly recommend them to anyone navigating the MBA admissions process and looking to do so with confidence and clarity.
