Course Experts' Global GMAT 700+ Only

Location Online

Initially, although I had enrolled with the Experts’ GMAT Guidance Program, I did not lay enough stress on
diligently going over the vast resource of practice questions that the program offered. Undoubtedly, my GMAT
score was not up to my expectations. However, my mentors at Experts’ encouraged me to retake the test and this time they advised me to obtain the resources for their GMAT 700+ Only program. The range of questions on this resource
immensely helped me build on confidence to solve higher difficulty questions. I invested proper time to make the best use of the resource and that surely helped me score a 740 on my GMAT!
It is really interesting to note that besides a full-fledged program, Experts’ offers guidance to help students
improve on their specific weak areas. The most authentic mentoring, indeed!

Genuinely the best course for a non-native speaker

Course e-GMAT Online Intensive

Location Online

If I can tell you one thing about e-GMAT course, I would say that it's the best resource any non-native speaker can go for. All the attributes of GMAT are beautifully covered in each specific modules. I was struggling in my preparation and didn't know what to do about the preparation; there were too much information available and I was over-whelmed with that. Fortunately, my friend who was doing his MBA told me to check out the e-GMAT.

I searched about it online and the feedback was promising; so, I decided to give it a try and attended the online session. I decided to take the plunge and believe me, it was a life-changing decision for me. I used to think that I am good to go as far as Quant section is concern but I was perplexed to see the depth of concept that has been explained in the section. It was an eye-opener for me that prepared me for the test.

However, my favorite section was the Verbal section (Sentence Correction specifically). The verbal section actually taught me the usage of different key words that not only helped me in my GMAT examination but also in my day to day conversation. One frankly need nothing but e-GMAT and official guide to prepare; I felt that the preparation was more about quality than quantity.

I am from one of the remote village in India, and I didn't have any idea about the nitty-gritties of all the elements that are tested in the examination. Without e-GMAT, I don't know what I would have done. All-in-all, the e-GMAT has the best ROI in terms of what you pay and what you get out of it.

Course Experts' Global Complete GMAT Prep Online

Location Online

I engaged with Experts Global in mid 2014 to prepare for GMAT. Being a working professional on 6 days a week working schedule I opted for online prep option. That allowed me to pace and manage my preparation per my needs.
One of the big challenges I faced prior to engaging with Experts Global was the quality of study material. If you scour the internet, GMAT club, and many other forums, you will find a plethora of question banks, reference material etc. Like many I used to explore all these resources but being a working professional this was an inefficient time consuming process. I didn't have to worry about the quality of study material with experts global. Their expertise came in providing me with the accurate and most useful study material, question banks at different stages of my GMAT preparation - beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Overall this organized approach helped me be highly efficient and focused in my preparation which was a key contributor to my success. I made the most use of online lectures and videos (I watched and re-watched) them so many times till I got my concepts right. Further online tests helped me dive into analytics of where I was going wrong and effectively highlighted the areas I need to work on.
I gave my first GMAT on August 2014 and scored a 660 - I was having a bad day because I was recovering from sickness. Having said that Experts worked with me to analyze problem area and build a strategy to improve the score. I spent another couple of months preparing with a focus on verbal eventually scoring 740.
I cannot emphasis this enough - as a working professional I didn't have the luxury of a lot of time to spend on my preparation. I needed right guidance and efficient and focused approach which is flexible to my requirements and that is precisely what I got from Experts Global Online Prepration.

Experts Global Online Preparation - Improvement from 660-740

Course Experts' Global GMAT 700+ Only

I have used Experts Global services for both GMAT preparation and Admissions Consulting and I have only high praises and glowing reviews for their services. In this review I want to focus on how they helped me improve my score from 660-740.
I was enrolled in Expert's Global online preparation program from mid 2018. I gave my first GMAT in August 2018 scoring 660 (primarily because I was recovering from sickness). Disappointed yet persistent I reached out to my mentors to figure to how to approach next phase of preparation to improve my score.
We analyzed different reasons for low score include weak areas in Verbal I needed to focus on and building stamina to have a consistent focus throughout the duration of the exam. Experts helped me with resources, materials, and question banks that I would use for next couple of months to hone my skills. They also helped me set up a plan where I would set up small sprint (15-20 min) testing sessions to build stamina and accuracy in verbal session. Overall with practice and consistency of work I was able to score 740 in my second attempt and I credit Experts Global for their support and guidance to help me achieve this score.

Course Target Test Prep Dedicated Study

Location Online

I have a quant background and initially thought I just needed a short refresher on a few of the math topics before going right into studying the harder problems. I took my first GMAT and saw no improvement over my practice tests, with a much lower quant score than I felt I should have. A friend of a friend then recommended Target Test Prep because they had seen a large jump in their score, and I thought why not. I only had 2 weeks with this course before my next scheduled test, and my quant score improved 7 raw points. I was apprehensive at how detailed the course went into each math topic, especially with my shortened time frame. But one of those small nuances in number properties that the course covered - that zero is a multiple of all numbers - just two days before I took my test - was tested on test day. My takeaway is not to overlook the "basic" or "foundational" quant sections - it helped me immensely to dig into the details.

Great Quant step-by-step teaching

Course Manhattan Prep GMAT On Demand

This is almost exclusively Quant review, as I spent little time studying verbal.

Overall quant improvement: 41 to 49 in about 125 hours of work.

Pros:
-Trust: Reason I chose MGMAT is that they're a trusted resource. There're so many new companies that're entering the GMAT resource scene and I didn't want to dedicate an hour to studying poorly. MGMAT has been around for a long time and this trust paid off.
-Basics: Awesome math fundamentals guides. I needed help with that and the lessons/exercises were great.
-Rubric: I needed guidance on what to study when. The interact rubric provided exactly that: what to read, what exercises to do, what further reading and exercises you can do if you need more help with a specific subject.
-"Navigator" - This is the error log, timer, and answers to OG questions they provide you. This was an amazing tool that I didn't know about before I bought Interact, but was essential to my improvement.
-App: great resource for more math exercises and questions similar to OG.

Cons:
-2019 Q/V OG revew are not in the MGMAT navigator.
-Expensive
-No specific guidance. I think tutors can be helpful if you need guidance, I did fine without that by using these forums to help guide my focus once I plateaued.

Course e-GMAT Online Focused

After 1 failed attempt, I joined Egmat for Verbal section. I was already acing the quant section, but needed help for verbal section. Egmat has one of the best verbal resources which explains every concept with ease. The best approach is the Pre thinking over each question. While reading you pre think of the possible solution which eliminates majority of the options. If I can do, then anyone can do. Egmat helped me to ace my verbal to an extent where I can confidently apply to B schools and get a scholarship. And the verbal online resources are easy to understand with practice questions which test you for your learning from each part of the video. And not only this helped me in my verbal, but also in my AWA section. The pre thinking approach helped me with analysing the AWA question very quickly and respond with most suitable anaser.

Great option for anybody needing help with AWA, IR

Course Experts' Global GMAT AWA and IR Prep

Location Online

I was looking for IR courses as this section is quite time consuming and draining but has been ignored by the most study materials. During my reaserch, I came across the AWA and IR course by Experts Global. I needd help with AWA as well so I oped for this course.

It was great to have a dedicated course for these sections and Experts Global has taken good care of them.

Excellent videos for IR and AWA
There are separate training videos for each type of CR questions- graphics, two part etc. The videos are brief in theory and focus on explanation through examples which makes them interesting and you feel invested in them.
For AWA, they have broken down the videos interestingly to make it easy to understand and develop an efficient approach. I particularly liked the video where they elaborated on how to use 30 mins on the section. Such detailed handling of the section is what you expect and that is exactly what you get with Experts Global.

Short exercises
The exercises make you practice questions of different types. The video explanations to every question is a very helpful tool as you get to learn a more efficient approach every time. AWA explanation videos were particularly impressive as the trainer explained in details all the flaws in reasoning and I found myself missing some of the most basic ones each time and learnt from my misses.

15 mocks- so 15 exercises for AWA and IR
Apart from the sections for AWA and IR, the 15 mocks that you get with the course help you practice each section with every mock. I think this is where I actually got to improve because during my main preparation, the focus was on Quant and Verbal.

In conclusion, a very good course for anybody looking to focus more on AWA and IR. I was so impressed by their AWA, IR, and mocks that I opted for their full course.

Improvement N/A

Course Experts' Global Complete GMAT Prep Online

Location Online

This is a great option for anyone preparing for GMAT and seeking help from scratch. I started with Experts Global for their AWA and IR course as these sections are not properly covered in any study material.

I was so impressed by their content and approach that I decided to enroll for their complete GMAT course. Since then, only the Experts Global material and GMAC resources are what I referred.

SC:
The sentence correction books were truly amazing and explained everything from the level 0 to the highest difficulty. As someone who never took English grammar seriously, I needed extra help of sentence correction and this book gave me that.
The SC videos were really helpful and after covering the complete theory from the very detailed books, were very refreshing as they focused on practical approaches for problem solving and meaning.
The stage wise exercises were very helpful. After a large bunch of topic wise exercises in first stage, a larger bunch of unsegregated exercises provided the right balance of learning the concepts and practicing on GMAT like screen.
The questions were very interesting and challenging and completely GMAT like. Stage 3 of prep was particularly challenging as it had only 700 level questions. I learnt a lot by getting a lot of those questions wrong and using the explanations.
Overall, I think SC is one of the core strengths of Experts Global course and this really helps as most applicants I know struggle with SC the most.

CR and RC:
The videos covered the concepts briefly and the emphasis was on learning through examples and video explanations. I found this approach helpful for me as the action based learning kept me interested and invested in the prep. Until Experts' Global, my RC and CR prep was ignored and boring but this changed to a great extent after enrolling for Experts Global's complete course.
The questions were really high in quality. I found the CR questions really interesting and testing the nuances- how GMAT does it. The questions on GMAT verbal section are difficult because the correct and incorrect answer choices have small rather than clear differences; I found this in only Experts Global questions other than the official questions. Great work.

Quant:
Amazing is the word. It's commendable how they have a separate section for the smallest of quant concepts tested in the exam. For example, they have a separate section for a small concept like alligation- a topic I never understood earlier. Such small topics really help in focusing on that very topic and completely learning it. The videos were brief, interesting, and extremely helpful. The questions were extremely tricky and challenging but very GMAT like, not extremely lengthy and complex as some of the private companies make it. Video explanations were very helpful. The large set of videos that they call "GMAT Shots" are particularly helpful as they helped to keep revising important things.

AWA and IR:
Very well covered. I will elaborate on this in my review for AWA and IR course option.

Test series:
The best, best, best test series is by Experts Global. Take my word.
The quality of questions is amazing. The scoring is very close to the reality. The testing screen totally resembles GMAT, making GMAT look familiar. The spread of concepts tested and diffculty of questions is brilliant.
The test series had 15 mocks so I did not have to bother about the number of mocks I have and could try different section orders, timings etc but I could still not complete all 15.
When you finish a test, you get an amazing screen with some great analysis done up for you and to an extreme degree of depth. Excellent.

A great option for GMAT. I will recommend it to anyone prepping for GMAT.
