I worked with Jen on my MBA application for INSEAD and Cambridge and she was absolutely fantastic. Starting with our joint brainstorming for the essays, where she helped me tremendously in selecting the episodes from my life that could have relevance to the applications, and then sorting them out on the essay topics so that they would paint a comprehensive picture of my strengths. Followed by writing the essays together, where we sent numerous drafts back and forth between us and Jen had a great sense of the strengths and weaknesses of individual drafts and also never shied away from communicating her honest opinion about what I had written, even if it needed us to redraft entire essays.
