REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by membership [?]

Strengths:

All essentials are provided in abundance- from marker pens and sheets, promptly

Would make the product better:

It is freezing cold, so maybe temperate fluctuations to keep it more accomodative

Overall a great first attempt experience, all amenities provided. very clean, and there was no delay. Th test center is located in a quiet office complex and food options and clean sanitation. Locker rooms were provided. There was no glitch with the internet. Very easy to locate, and good building staff to guide you. There was no external noise. I had a very smooth GMAT experience. I was give noise cancellation earplugs. There was a water coller as well outside. The facility staff was also kind enough to explain all rules and regulations. Passport was thoroughly checked. I had a good overall experience at the GMAT exam center in Mumbai. The location was easy to find, as it was clearly listed on Google Maps, which helped reduce stress on the test day. Parking space was available, which made it convenient to reach by car. The center itself was spacious and well-maintained, creating a professional atmosphere. I visited two days before my exam just to familiarize myself with the route and surroundings, which proved very helpful in avoiding last-minute confusion. The staff was organized, and the facilities felt reliable. Overall, a smooth and comfortable testing experience. all the beast

One of the best exam experiences ever

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Strengths:

- Extremely professional staff
- Well maintained equipment and place

Would make the product better:

- Quality of the markers

The exam center was excellent absolutely no external noise or disturbances. It felt like I was alone in a vacuum, creating the perfect environment for maximum concentration. Growing up in India, most of our exam centers tend to be a bit noisy, with constant background activity. I still remember during the CAT exam, an invigilator came over in the middle of the test and asked me to sign a paper, those two minutes could’ve easily been spent solving a question!

Naturally, I was a bit nervous about how the GMAT would go, especially since I had completed all my mock tests in a quiet, well-lit environment. But thankfully, the real test conditions matched that perfectly. There were zero external factors interfering with my performance.

While $250 is definitely on the higher side for most Indians, I genuinely feel it's worth the investment.

Dekhi - Barakhamba Centre

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Strengths:

- Professional and quick
- Clean and quite

Would make the product better:

-If stepping out for a quick fresh air is possible

It was the Barakhamba test centre in delhi. You are allowed to access your locker and food during the break. Everything was fine, was just hoping if stepping out for a quick fresh air is possible.
Water is available there.. the 10 min break though seems short but during exam time.. you won’t be able to finish your 10 min break… the scratch pads were the most difficult thing, not at all comfortable to use… they also have headphones if you want to use.. although there is no noise … pockets and everything is thoroughly checked even when you return from break.. during the exam if you need scratch pads just raise your hand and you’ll get it… all in all everything was fine, I was just hoping to step out for fresh air during my break.

Calm and Good Environment

Strengths:

Silence, Neat and Clean

Would make the product better:

N/A

I have booked my test here in August 2024, the centre is very neat and clean and there was pin drop silence as well. The staff was very helpful and supportive in nature. There is locker facility as well wherein you can keep your bags and food items.

However, one thing I wish they have done is there should be sitting space outside the centre as if you reach early, you just need to roam here and there and sometimes, it's too much heat as well.

I would highly recommend to book your test centre here if you live in Delhi NCR region.

GMAT Test Center Experience

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

1. Arrival and Check-in Process
First off, they don't start the test at a fixed time for everyone. Instead, you'll be let into the testing room in the order you arrive after completing the check-in process. I highly recommend getting there about 20-30 minutes early. This gives you enough time to read through all the instructions, store your belongings in a locker, and complete the identity verification.

2. Inside the Test Center
When you enter the test center, you'll find a waiting area with lockers on either side and the main reception desk straight ahead. You'll need to submit your ID at the desk and confirm the test you're taking. After reviewing the security regulations and other important information, you'll go through a biometric registration (right hand scan and face photo). Once that's done, you'll get a locker key and have some time to spare before heading into the testing room.

3. Entering the Testing Room
There are testing rooms on both sides of the reception desk. When it's your turn, the staff will direct you. You'll take your locker key with you (no personal belongings are allowed in the testing room). Before you enter, you'll go through another round of ID and security checks. Earplugs are available if you need them.

4. During the Test and Breaks
Each seat in the testing room has a partition, and everyone will be taking different exams. When you need a break, raise your hand, and a test administrator will guide you through the process. Keep in mind that the check-out and re-entry procedures (including ID verification) are the same each time, so your actual break time is only about 6-7 minutes. Also, it's important to remember that using your phone or reviewing study materials during breaks is strictly prohibited.

Peaceful centre , marker is still an issue

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Strengths:

Overall good centre .
Easy to reach , you can use metro and then walk for 10 min .
Easy checkin , only passport required for gmat .

Would make the product better:

Markers still waste a lot of time in exam like gmat. Everytime your marker is kot working you break your concentration and definitely that costs you easily 2,3 questions

If they can work on providing better markers , it is a good centre . But i believe marker is a general problem at all centres and this should be resolved by gmac .

Easy access to centre makes a hood positive , metro station near by .

Also , proper and easy management once you enter inside . They allow only 30 min before your test . So if your test is 11:30 , you have to wait outside till 11 .

They will provide you with a locker and a key , you can keep your bag and belongings in it , only passport and key can be taken inside .
All the best .

Good experience

Strengths:

Verification closer to test start time takes a lot of time even though you are half hour before the allotted slot due to limitation in manpower. Would suggest to improve upon that, Overall a nice experience but like i mentioned, would suggest to sizeup manpower especially when there are multiple people taking different tests at a particular slot as it leads to unnecessary anxiety.
And most importantly, issue of lack of parking needs to be addressed as it is located in a mall and you carry high risk of getting your vehicle towed when you park it outside on the street

Strengths:

Really quiet and peaceful environment

Would make the product better:

Extra restrooms, there were just two.

I had a great experience at my GMAT test center. The facility was very clean, well-organized, and professionally managed. The staff were courteous, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in process. The center was easy to locate and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including lockers and comfortable seating. The noise levels were minimal, allowing for full concentration during the test. The restrooms were clean and conveniently accessible. Overall, I had no issues and felt well taken care of throughout the exam. Given the positive experience, I would definitely choose this test center again for a retake. Highly recommend it to future test-takers looking for a stress-free environment.

Worst Experience in the Test Center

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Strengths:

1. You will get a PC with mouse and Keyboard
2. Air conditioners were working
3. You will be provided sound proof air buds

Would make the product better:

1. Uninterrupted Internet Connection
2. High Quality Marker pen
3. Larger table
4. Assign a responsible person to monitor the exam

1. Tables are small
2. Bad internet connection. My connection was lost several times.
3. Examinees enter the room continuisly. They took other exams like PTE, SAT also. So the examiner was intructing the new examinee which hampered my concentration.
4. The person who was responsible to supply marker, paper etc was very irresponsible. I put up my hand for 3-4 mins for asking extra paper but the examiner was not available.
5. Computer monitors are old modeled. They should be replaced.
6. Wasroom was very dirty.
7. The air buds were not sound proof
8. Overall my house is far better than the test center.
9.Those who have decided to select the center, please go there first physically!
