Hi everyone, my target score is 40 in verbal but I am constantly strolling across the lower 30s in both, my mock tests and my first GMAT attempt. I have gone through all the good quality material available but I am still stuck. How do I improve?

general speaking, here is some advice:
1- don't answer with time constrain. take your time in analyzing each choice and try not to answer unless you have clear justifications why you choice is correct and the others are incorrect. later, when you develop your confidence, start timing your answers.
2- go back to the conceptual background of verbals. seek YouTube channels and tutors and take your time to grasp it.

3- use the search tool on gmatclub to choose your topics.

4- focus on solving easy and middle difficulty questions more than high difficulty ones.
5- try reading an English novel to increase your reading speed and comprehension (try making it a habit).
addition note:
6- if you have no luxury of time and want to ensure making use of this one month efficiency, you may need to apply for a GMAT verbal section online course (I have no experience in this)

Since you have only 1 month left for the test. May be you can join a course and practice all the questions available in the course. Since they have carefully designed questions to cater to the need of the GMAT exam, you won't waste time here and there and instead just solve quality question.
