Before calculating Project Materials cost, its given total project costs are expected to decrease by 3%. So we have 0.97*925-- 1% of 925 is 9.25, 3% is ~28
New project cost is 925-28=897 mm
Project Materials Cost is 42% of 897-- for ease take as 42% of 900-->378
Now in this 85% is Raw materials
15% is recycling and waste management
for easy calculation take 378 as ~380
Raw materials 85%*380= 323--> ~320 million
