Despite scoring much higher on practice tests, I got a 650 on the GMAT after appearing for it twice. Quant - 48, Verbal- 32. Analytical Writing - 5, IR- 7

GPA: 3.3 (CGPA- 7.53)
Did my engineering in Information Technology from a top university in India.
Did my entire schooling from the Middle East.
Work experience: 4+ years at a software firm in India. Received one company wide award and 2 promotions. Performed multiple roles within the same profile: worked on my basic job role, became the first scrum master of my team and implemented the scrum process in our india team for the first time, take part in interview and on boarding process, part of a green initiative in office.
I've also been a part of an NGO since the past 2.5 years and I am the head of one of the projects there.
I've know basic French but don't have a certification in it.
Certified in Tableau and basic analytics.

I'm skeptical about applying to universities in the US due to the ongoing visa issues.
What do you think my chances are at these schools? I'm hoping my GPA can offset the lower than average GMAT score. Would love to hear your thoughts!
