As someone who goes to CBS - I agree with the above. Ross is a great school and, though our tech placements are great at CBS, I don't know that applying next year is going to be any more favorable for any school. Plus, I don't know that any of the 4 schools you mentioned are a tech powerhouse, per se, but all place reasonably well, so you probably aren't missing out on anything.
Ross has a good tech program, a beautiful building, and a really strong alumni network. Friends that attend or did attend seem to really like it there. If you got money there, and like a small town vibe, I wouldn't look back. Beyond that, for living reasons (why we all get MBAs, right?): If you're craving the city, you could always reapply to CBS. If you want suburbs, Kellogg is in a beautiful building. And New Haven is not my favorite, but it's the only place to get Pepe's pizza...so...
