Okay, now this is getting strange. I just followed the instructions to log back in to see my acceptance letter and got the following message:
"You should soon be receiving a response directly from your major program regarding a decision on your application."
Luckily I saved a copy of the letter on my desktop. Here's to hoping they don't rescind my offer

Ok, I did my Masters in US and something similar happened to me then. Sharing my experience so that the confusion is cleared a bit.
In many state-run schools, both graduate division and management division (in this case Anderson) work parallelly on any given application. Each checks for certain requirements to see if the applicant is qualified enough to recieve an admit. What happened in your case is - the graduate division gave their go ahead but their decision is contingent to what Anderson thinks. In short, you are one step closer to your admit.
To put things realistically, it can happen that either of the departments can give a reject from their end. This process sucks I know, but that is the case in most of the state schools.
