Work experience: 3 years by next year (Planning 2024 intake)
Company: Ernst & Young (Business Consulting)
Country of origin: India
GPA: 8.81 / 10
Undergrad: I’ve done CA
GMAT score: 700 (Planning to give it again since I scored more in mocks)
Extra curricular: 4 levels of Indian classical singing, volunteer work (mentoring CA students, teaching English to underprivileged students)
Plans post MBA: Want to work either in start ups or in Consulting in the social impact space

Thanks so much. Would taking part in a mid-term civil service program in, say, Africa for half a year help me improve my profile and chance at the Top 20 B-Schools? I have other ECs during college and at work but are more like one-off events
