Reposting as it may have gotten lost during all the comments, can you please provide potential target list and profile eval: Indian Male (citizenship: Canada), Undergraduate: Computer Engineering at a Canadian institution (GPA: 3.96/4), GMAT (yet to take, target): 700+. Professional background: Consulting (big 4 with 2 promotions in last 3 years), total work exp: 3.5 years by matriculation. Can you please shed some light on what schools i can target?

What are your post business school career objectives? Recommend thinking about what you want to do post business school and then evaluating schools based on that.

Recommend focusing on improving GMAT score and applying to schools in R1 as you have better chances for admission. Also, given how competitive those schools are, you might want to expand and add some other schools to your list

It’s one component in your overall profile. There is only upside in having stronger test scores.

Yes, I think you will need to be thoughtful about how you present work experience on UG GPA.

I think it would be good to explain GPA in essays. You could also speak to it in one of the other essays vs. optional essay.
