I am confused between D and E

Its D.
E implies about Hansen and don't implicate anything about charges made by him.To weaken the argument we should attack the conclusion.
Hansen being held responsible is of no use since the argument is questioning charges made by hansen on his opponent.

Hi Experts,
Is it safe to say that B also depicts a weakness in the argument but D is the answer only because it depicts what is the *most* weak aspect of the argument?
I was confused between B and D.
