Hello people in the purgatory! Did you apply to other schools in R2 or are focusing 100% on Booth's R1 waitlist? Although I am looking forward towards getting accepted from Booth's WL, I applied to Kellogg, MIT and LBS on R2. Also did anyone already send the video or is everybody waiting since the deadline is in Feb.? Cheers, and good luck to us all.

do we know how many booth puts on the waitlist and if on the waitlist what the odds are of getting admitted? and did anyone take there name off the waitlist?

Sounds awfully quiet in here despite what looks like a pretty substantial waitlist. Have a question each for my fellow waitlisted lurkers and resident gmatclub experts: 1) I know admissions says it is optional, but is anyone on the waitlist planning not to do the video? 2) Any experts who know what the stats advise? More specifically, any evidence of people getting admitted from the waitlist without doing the video in years past? Personally, I am leaning towards a short essay and an additional recommendation but skipping the video. Work has been crazy and I feel like the time I will be able to put into it simply won't make for a great product.

I submitted my video, put together an update letter that included a professional update and why Booth essay. Also had two friends (1 alumni, 1 current student) submit letters of support. I have my fingers crossed. I wish we didn't have to wait another 6 weeks.
