Hi all!!

First of all, Congratulations on the acceptance!!
For Facebook group, you can find the link for the group through your admitted students website (an email with the link to this site should have been sent to you within a week or so of your acceptance). See you there!

Have you started verification process?

Does anyone know when it starts?
I think we need to sign a form with Re Vera and pay like USD 100.

Anyone who know please share :)

Thank!

The Re Vera process can be started once you've paid the first deposit. It will show up in your To-Do list on the CBS Admitted Student Website. You will sign a release form and pay $45 USD.

A really basic question...

When we apply for the need-based scholarship, as on the to do list, is it for both years of the MBA or just the first year (And apply again next year)?

I believe the merit based scholarship is assessed for the first year tuition only so I was thinking if the need based was too...

Trying to include in the essay my calculation on the costs but not sure if I should calculate based on both years or just the first year.

Thanks for the insight!! :)

I apologize that I am not able to answer your question. However, I do have a question about the essay. I have no idea which direction to take this. Aren't all of our costs roughly the same (w/o scholarship)? Don't we all have the same response: "I will be able to pay off my student loans more quickly." I can't imagine the essay is given that much weight. I was going to say something to the effect: 1) pay off student loans more quickly, 2) take advantage of certain trips A, B, and C to bond w/ classmates, gain global perspective, yada yada, and 3) feel more comfortable with taking my most desired path post-CBS, with salary/bonus playing less of a role. That all seems rather generic though (can't imagine it would be a fun read ha).

Thanks!

Anyone here anything on fellowships? I was an ED admit so find it highly unlikely they try to win someone over with money that's already locked in.

Did anyone receive any CBS branded items from the school?? I was admitted in end of December as RD but only received an acceptance letter in an envirope..

Did my package get lost in the transit? :(
If you have received the swag, what was it and were you Rd Or ED? :)

Also, Is the 2019 Facebook available already? I have sent my name and email adress but haven't got the invitation to join the Facebook group :(

Hm that's strange about the Facebook group, I was admitted in early January and was able to join already. I also haven't received anything CBS-branded from the school, not sure if they do send anything out?
