You will receive 2 emails 1) acknowledging your application submission (this should be within a couple of days of you submitting) and 2) interview decision by april 12

My understanding is KIRA Essay is 4 questions with 45 seconds of preparation and 1 minute of video for each.

Now, Are there only 3 questions?

what are the chances, please share your views.

Very limited info to say anything concretely. What demography and geography, What is your workex like (trajectory, promotions and impact), what are your goals, what was your undergrad course and Uni, international experiences or interactions of any, and much more. Atleast from INSEAD's perspective I would imagine the data points you shared are not enough to guage chances.
