Approximately when do interview invites start rolling? Has someone received an interview invite?

probably around 1st or April of*

What were the KIRA essay questions?

Can we send GMAT official score report after we 12th April? or do they need even for the interview short list?

Has anyone received the application completion acknowledgment or something?

Nikhil97 Do not read too much into the Kira interview if you feel you did well on 3 questions. Insead video interviews are the most fumbled section in the entire application as there is little time to structure your thought and explain each point. As long as you have a few strong arguments and supporting (short) examples ready for each answer, you are on the safe side. Happy to share high-level tips on INSEAD video questions if any of you are interested. The idea behind the video questions is to put a face to the essays and see if the applicant can communicate effectively.
