Question; have y’all jazzed up your LinkedIn profiles?

Interesting point. I would think that an unusually quiet or non-existent presence on LI may appear somewhat out of the ordinary to the INSEAD adcoms. INSEAD puts a lot of emphasis on networking and recruitment through outreach, so serious applicants will know the importance of updating the latest information. I know that adcom officers also keep track of LI updates of recent grads (and their career trajectories) and even the alumni interviewers. For those shortlisted for INSEAD interviews, the alumni interviewers are also likely to review the public profiles to gain insight into their personality beyond the formal interview setting(I have done that in the past). So even if social media presence is not technically considered an admissions factor, given the wealth of publicly available information about other candidates online and the human desire to find out more, MBA applicants should portray themselves in the best possible light.
Best wishes
