For those interviewing, the interview is fairly conversational but I have heard that some interviewers kind of put the screws to you in terms of your goals: are they realistic, how would you implement any entrepreneurial aspirations, etc so be clear on the details of your plan. Research your goals if anything is missing in your story. (on Google but also chat up those in the industry)
