Hi ruchitayal85, I am not from India but I can confirm that I am also patiently waiting for the R2 interview invite.

In previous batches, interview invites are usually only sent on the week of the interview notification deadline, which is 14th Dec. Hence, there are still 4 days left! I understand that some candidates have already received their interview invites last week but try to stay positive because not receiving an invite ahead of schedule does not mean that we are out of the running yet. Scheduling an interview with two alumni members involves a lot of coordination work. Hence, it will definitely take time to make the necessary arrangements and not everyone will receive invites at the same time.

We still have 4 more days to go so stay optimistic! Take care and all the best!

Just to let you know that we also have a “Admitted - which business school to choose” forum. See if you can find a similar comparison or else create a new topic and ask user “billionaire” who has a very good idea of European schools.

I am on your boat as well. It's quite nerve wrecking. But staying positive at the moment. Fingers crossed for both of us!

Hope lots of people on this thread show up to your live chat today, Sunday 12/9 at 7:30 PM IST at

Can I ask how you decided that INSEAD was your #1 pick over Cambridge and LBS? Was it the consulting factor?

Yes there is definitely still hope! Was speaking to a current student and he recalled that he only got the invite one or two days before the deadline. So please do stay optimistic!

Just a quick question to all round 1 applicants who have gone through the interview already:

Did you share your motivation essays with your interviewers or did you remove those pages from your PDF application form before sending? The AO mentioned that these essays can be removed if we do not want to share the Motivation Essays (which is different from previous batches who were directly told not to send them in).

Round 2 applicant scheduling interviews now - I kept my essays in since I wanted my interviewers to have a better sense of my profile. I figured there’s no harm if they read my essays.

Hi Hideto,

I'm in round 2 and sent everything to the interviewers. I believe it is better if they get a sense of who I am beforehand, on top of my professional background.

My first interview is tomorrow! ;)

Hi all, I've also received my invite yesterday and have finalized my interview schedules with the 2 alums. Similar to greenfield, I also included my motivational essays for them to get to know me better prior to the interview.

Good luck to everyone!
