Hi
oss198 my apologies for the late response. To confirm what the other poster said, the video questions are not the end all be all.
In fact, admissions says they use this as a way to *qualify* applicants NOT *dismiss* applicants. They feel not all applicants convey their value on paper and want to provide another channel. I'm sure they are also reading your *vibe* and comm skills.
Anyways, the party line from INSEAD admissions is that they don't use the video questions to eliminate so you can breathe more deeply now.
Also remember that everyone is facing the same limitations in terms of answering abstract, spontaneous questions within a minute's time, afterwards, rarely do people say YES I killed that, woo hoo, 10 out of 10.
As for your other question, very likely you will hear earlier if it is a positive response, however INSEAD varies a lot, sometimes positive replies go out the date of the deadline!
Cheers
Farrell

Hi, I have 2 questions :
1) How important is the video interview ? I have the feeling to have poorly performed (stuttered, ecc.), I was tired and stressed out (I did it the night of the deadline, it was not possible before).
2) All decisions for interviews will be given on the 19 October 2018 ? Or can we get contacted before ?
