Doesnt seem like it..maybe there is still hope. I'm beginning to believe that the 'still under review' line on the portal disappearing is an indicator of a (as of now positive) response coming our way.. mine hasn't disappeared yet though..

You have to click on your application and inside the application, there’s usually a line that says “application under review” written in red. If the line disappears, it means your application portal is being updated, hopefully with a good news!
