On the ceibs.edu online application portal there is a section where it displays your admission status. If you have been admitted, there is a hyperlink to take you to a welcome page. If you have been awarded a scholarship/fellowship it is clearly indicated right below the admit status, but you will not find the amount of the award in the CEIBS website.

I received a separate email from the adcom that detailed the amount of my award. I have also been couriered a hard copy package of admit materials including details on payment deadlines.

Well, being that I am in Shanghai currently I have already met a number of local residents who have gained admission. I'm in a Wechat group with 35 Rd 1 admits so if you can read/write Chinese and have wechat, send me a PM and I'll add you in.
