Yes, as per the confirmation email that you would have received from Booth when you submitted your application, it clearly mentioned that for R2, interview invites will be sent by Jan 29th. It might have been different for last year.

At least not according to my friend, a current Booth student. He says there is hope for tomorrow as well and that everyone goes through this. This gave me fuel to control my emotions till tomorrow.

I like your enthusiasm. I hope invites are sent out tomorrow as well. Rolling interviews can not be predicted. As you said, hang in there!
