Was looking at last year's thread to understand decision timeline. Here's a list of locations in order of calls reported...
First call was reported on forum from Nigeria at 10:25 am Central Time followed by Paris; US (TX) 10:43 CDT; US (DC); US (NH); US (Chicago) 12:03 CDT; US (MD); Germany; US (CA); US (TX); US (NY) 14:39; US (CA); Ireland, Moscow (15:38); US (CA); and Chicago.
Waitlist and Dings started reporting next day from 9:08.
