Unfortunately, when the interviewer provides the feedback and updates the file, they can only include so much and convey so much. I’m sure there’s probably some kind of a checkbox that says, recommend, highly recommend, don’t recommend…. And some freeform text, which talking to interviewers, actually takes about 15-20 mins to fill out notes after each.
My guess is that most passing people get highly recommended and on average, it’s recommended and very few people get the not recommended category… let me find out more about it from a recent interviewer. I am curious myself.

Sorry about the wait list. I think going through the waitlisted topic for last year would be the first spot to check. I doubt anyone got off the waitlist this season yet…
I do know at least one person last year who did not clear the wait list, but got admitted this year with $$ whatever that means 🤷♂️
